2. Non-Guarantee of Results

While our service is designed to have a positive impact on credit scores, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements. Your results may differ from those of others.

3. Fees

Fees for our authorized user accounts are generally non-refundable. This is due to the service-based nature of our business, which includes costs associated with account acquisition, setup, and maintenance.

5. Refund Considerations

Cancellation and Refund Policy (Business Platinum Program)

Our primary goal is to assist you in improving your business credit profile and securing funding opportunities. We are here to provide support and guidance to the best of our abilities, but specific outcomes can vary. Your satisfaction and success are important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.

1. Program Fee and License Agreement

The program fee represents a license agreement granting you access to our Business Platinum Program platform. We will support you with great care, in an ethical manner, and to the best of our ability throughout your membership.

2. No Guarantees on Credit Scores or Cash Amounts

We want to make it clear that we do not guarantee specific business credit scores or a particular cash dollar amount of credit. Any statements made by our coaches regarding credit outcomes are their sincere opinions. We aim to provide you with valuable guidance and expertise.

3. Additional Advising Option

If, during the course of your program, you have not been extended at least $50,000 in TOTAL credit (comprising vendor credit, trade credit, equipment lease, vehicle lease, loans, lines of credit, credit cards, real estate pre-approvals, etc.), you have the option to receive an additional twelve (12) months of advising from our Coach.

4. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your membership, please connect with your Business Credit and Funding Coach.

5. Refund Considerations

Refunds are generally not provided for the program fee. However, if you have elected to receive an additional twelve (12) months of advising and have not been extended the specified total credit amount during that period by no fault of your own, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally considered in cases where there is a failure of the tradeline to report as expected. If the authorized user account does not report to the credit bureaus as initially intended, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service through our Credilife VIP Personal Credit program. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds, please review our policy below.

1. Billing in Arrears

It's important to note that all services within the Credilife VIP Personal Credit program are billed in arrears, meaning fees are charged after the services have been rendered.

2. Fees Generally Non-Refundable

Due to our billing structure and the nature of our services, fees for the Credilife VIP Personal Credit program are generally non-refundable. This is because fees are charged after the delivery of services.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These cases may involve extenuating circumstances beyond the ordinary scope of our services.

4. Cancellation Requests

Upon expiration of each monthly contract term, this Agreement will automatically renew for the same term. You may cancel any time within 5 days of the contract renewal by notice as follows to ensure proper handling:

1. Terms of Engagement

Upon the expiration of each monthly contract term, this Agreement will automatically renew for the same term. The contract term begins on the date this Agreement is signed, with membership access granted and services performed within each 30-day contract term. The Service Fee will be due and payable to Credilife® within approximately 30 days of completion of any service associated with the Credilife VIP program and explained in the program agreement. If you wish to cancel this Agreement during the renewal process, we offer a convenient window of opportunity within 5 days of the contract renewal date
